વિદ્યાર્થીને Monday to Saturday (Batch & Day wise) લેકચર ચાલશે.

Students will have lectures from Monday to Saturday as per their batch and day schedule.

કોઈ કારણસર જો રજા લેવી હોય તો અગાઉ જાણ કરવી જરૂરી રહેશે.

If a student needs to take leave for any reason, prior intimation is mandatory.

રજા લેવા માટે Faculty અને Reception (Admin Department) બંનેને જાણ કરવી પડશે.

Leave must be informed to both the Faculty and the Reception (Admin Department).

તાત્કાલિક રજાની સ્થિતિમાં Academy નંબર (+91 78618 65621) પર સંપર્ક કરવો.

In case of emergency leave, call the Academy number (+91 78618 65621).

જે દિવસે રજા લેવામાં આવે તે દિવસનું રિવિઝન બીજા દિવસે Faculty ના schedule અનુસાર કરવું રહેશે.

Revision for the leave day must be done the next day as per faculty availability.

રજા લીધેલા દિવસનું Particular Faculty દ્વારા separately cover નહીં થાય. તે તમારી જવાબદારી રહેશે.

Missed lectures will not be individually covered by faculty. It will be your responsibility.

Academy માં 85% હાજરી જરૂરી રહેશે.

85% attendance is compulsory at the Academy.

રોજ 2 કલાક — 1 કલાક Lecture અને 1 કલાક Practice કરવું જરૂરી છે.

Daily 2 hours — 1 hour lecture and 1 hour practice — is mandatory.

દરેક Subject પૂર્ણ થયા પછી Practical Exam લેવામાં આવશે — જે ફરજિયાત રહેશે.

A Practical Exam will be conducted after each subject — attendance is compulsory.

ગેરહાજરીના કારણે Practical Exam રિ-ટેસ્ટ નહીં થાય.

No retest will be conducted for students absent during the practical exam.

દરેક Course માટે Syllabus આપવામાં આવે છે. કોઈ પણ Topic ન સમજાય તો Feed Form માં અપડેટ કરવું અને Faculty ને જણાવવું.

A syllabus is provided for every course. If any topic is unclear, update it in the Feed Form and inform your Faculty.

Field મુજબ Faculty allot કરવામાં આવશે. Mastery મુજબ Faculty બદલાઈ શકે છે.

Faculties will be allotted based on subject expertise and may be changed as per specialization.

Academy માં આવતી વખતે Mobile Silent રાખવો.

Keep your mobile phone on silent mode while in the Academy.

Phone કરવો જરૂરી હોય તો Academy ના નંબર પર જ Use કરવો.

If a call is necessary, use the Academy number for communication.

બિનજરૂરી Mobile Use કરતા પકડાશો તો Mobile જપ્ત કરવામાં આવશે.

If caught using your phone unnecessarily, it will be confiscated.

Course વચ્ચેથી change નહીં થાય.

No course changes are allowed mid-way.

Course ફરીથી કરવો હોય તો નવેસરથી Fees ભરવી પડશે.

If you want to repeat a course, you must pay the full fees again.

Course Change કરવો હોય તો New Course ની Full Running Fees ભરવી પડશે.

For course changes, you will need to pay the full running fees for the new course.

Computer Lab ની કોઈપણ Property નષ્ટ ન કરવી. કેમેરામાં પકડાશો તો Penalty લાગશે.

Do not damage any property in the computer lab. Penalties will apply if caught on camera.

Daily તમારા Work નું Backup Pendrive / Harddisk / Google Drive માં લેવું ફરજિયાત છે.

It is mandatory to back up your work daily on pendrive, hard disk, or Google Drive.

Data નષ્ટ થવા માટે સંસ્થા જવાબદાર રહેશે નહીં.

The academy will not be responsible for lost data.

કોઈ પણ વિદ્યાર્થીને કોઈ Problem હોય તો સીધા HOD Office માં જાણ કરવી.

If a student has any problem, they must inform the HOD office directly.

ક્લાસમાં મશ્કરી કે મજાક ન કરવી. આવી ફરિયાદ આવે તો કાનૂની કાર્યવાહી થશે.

No teasing or mocking in class. Legal action will be taken if any such complaint arises.

Staff કે Student સાથે તકરાર થશે તો કાનૂની પગલાં લેવામાં આવશે.

Any dispute with staff or students may lead to legal consequences.

Lecture / Practice સિવાય Other Activity કરતા પકડાશો તો Parents ને જાણ થશે.

If found engaging in other activities, your parents will be informed.

Academy કે Lobby ની કોઈ Property ને નુકસાન કરશો તો દંડ આપવો પડશે.

You will be fined for any damage to Academy or lobby property.

Emergency માં Long Vacation આવે ત્યારે New Batch & New Time મુજબ આવવાનું રહેશે.

In case of emergency long vacation, you will have to join the course in the new batch & timing.

દરેક સંજોગોમાં Fees સમયસર ભરવી પડશે.

Fees must be paid on time under all circumstances.

Fees ન ભરવામાં આવે તો Lecture / Practical બંધ કરવામાં આવશે.

If fees are not paid, your lectures and practice will be stopped.

Fees ભર્યા પછી 7 દિવસમાં Digital Invoice મળશે.

After fee payment, a digital invoice will be provided within 7 days.

Fees Return કે Transfer થતી નથી, Lecture ન લીધા હોય તો પણ Refund મળશે નહીં.

Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable even if lectures are not attended.

અનિયમિત વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું Admission રદ કરવામાં આવશે.

Irregular students may have their admission cancelled.

Project અને Task નહીં કરો તો તેની જવાબદારી તમારી રહેશે.

You are responsible if you fail to complete projects and tasks.

Full Course માટે Portfolio બનાવવો ફરજિયાત છે.

A full course portfolio is compulsory.

Project માટે Faculty Help લઈ શકો છો પણ Work જાતે કરવો રહેશે.

You may take help for the project, but the work must be done independently.

Course નું 90% Knowledge થયા પછી Placement Process શરૂ થશે.

The placement process will begin only after 90% of course knowledge is attained.

Maxmedia Academy 100% Job Assistance આપે છે, પણ Placement ની Guarantee નથી.

Maxmedia Academy provides 100% job assistance but does not guarantee placement.

Course Completion પછી Certificate આપવામાં આવશે.

Certificate will be issued only after full course completion.

Admission enrollment સમયે ભરેલી રકમ કોઈપણ સ્થિતિમાં Non-refundable છે.

The enrollment amount paid at the time of admission is non-refundable under any circumstances.

તમે Course તમારી ઈચ્છાથી પસંદ કર્યો છે તે પ્રમાણભૂત રીતે નોંધવામાં આવશે.

It is officially noted that you have selected the course by your own choice.
