Refund Policy

No refund policy

1. All fees paid to Max Media Academy — including the ₹10,000 registration amount, course fees and instalments — are strictly non-refundable.
2. There is no refund window or cooling-off period. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
3. Fees will not be refunded if a student discontinues, is absent, or does not complete the course for any personal, medical or professional reason.
4. Fees are not transferable to another person and cannot be adjusted against another student’s admission.
5. A student may request a batch change once, subject to seat availability and written approval from the academy; this is not a refund.
6. If a student is dismissed for breaking academy rules or the Terms & Conditions, no fee will be refunded.
7. If the academy itself cancels a batch before it begins, the student will be offered a seat in the next available batch of the same course.
8. Payments made by mistake (duplicate transactions) will be verified and, if confirmed, the duplicate amount alone will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
